The LMQ66410MC5RXBRQ1 Synchronous Buck Converter is a 36V, 3A (2A and 1A models available) synchronous buck dc/dc converter with integrated bypass and bootstrap capacitors built in. The devices are available in an enhanced HotRod™ QFN package. The easy-to-use converters support a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 36V (start-up or post-operation) with transients up to 42V and are designed to meet the low standby power requirements of normally open industrial applications. Auto mode enables frequency foldback at light loads, 1.5µA no-load current consumption at 13.5VIN and high light-load efficiency.
