The CY7C1061G30-10ZSXIT are high performance CMOS fast static RAM devices [1]. Both devices offer single and dual chip enable options and multi-pin configurations. The devices include an ERR pin for a single bit error cancellation signal. This pin signals a single bit error detection and correction event during a read cycle. To access a device with a single chip enable input, turn the chip enable (CE) input low. To access a dual chip enable device set both chip enable inputs (CE1 low, CE2 high) high.
