Product Description

The CC2630F128RGZR device is a wireless microcontroller (MCU) for ZigBee® and 6LoWPAN applications. This device is part of the SimpleLink™ CC26xx family of cost-effective, ultra-low power 2.4GHz RF devices. Its extremely low active RF and MCU currents, as well as low-power mode current consumption, ensure excellent battery life and are suitable for small coin cell battery power and energy harvesting applications. 


The SimpleLink Bluetooth Low Power CC2630F128RGZR device contains a 32-bit ARM® Cortex® -M3 core (operating at 48MHz with the main processor) and a rich peripheral feature set, including a unique ultra-low power sensor controller. This sensor controller is ideal for connecting external sensors and for autonomously collecting analog and digital data while the rest of the system is in sleep mode. This makes the CC2630 ideal for battery-powered and energy-harvesting end nodes in ZigBee and 6LoWPAN networks.
