The PCM1753-Q1 family of devices is a CMOS monolithic integrated circuit that includes a stereo digital-to-analog converter and support circuitry in a small 16-lead SSOP package. The data converter uses TI's enhanced multi-stage delta-sigma architecture, which features fourth-order noise shaping and eight-stage amplitude quantization for excellent dynamic performance and improved tolerance to clock jitter. PCM1753-Q1 series devices accept industry standard audio data formats with 16-24 bits of data, providing a convenient interface for audio DSPs and decoder chips. Sample rates of up to 200kHz are supported. A full set of user-programmable functions can be accessed via a three-wire serial control port that supports register writing capabilities.
