The QCA7005-AL33 is a communication IC that operates using Qualcomm’s Powerline Communications protocol, with features for use in HomePlug Green applications. The QCA7005-AL33  is compliant with HomePlug Green PHY 1.1 specifications.

 It operates on a range of voltages, including 240 VAC, 120 VAC, 24 VAC, and the DC equivalents, and is specifically designed for use in HomePlug applications. 

The QCA7005-AL33 includes both UART and SPI for host interfaces. It has a boot from host or external flash memory options, supports OFDM mode modulation with speeds between 4-Mbps and 10-Mbps PHY rates, and is powered from a single 3.3-V rail.
