The Marvell® 88X5113 device is a fully integrated, single-chip Ethernet transceiver that supports 25 GBE full-duplex transmission over a variety of media, including fiber, passive copper, and backplanes. The device works as a single-port 100 Gbps Ethernet PHY/ four-port 25 Gbps Ethernet PHY. In this mode, the 88x5113 can perform 100 GBE and 25 GBE transfers over a variety of media, including fiber, passive copper cables, and backplanes.

The 88x5113 has long range SERDES and includes auto-negotiation and coefficient training capabilities.
