The DRV8714HQRHARQ1 is a highly integrated multi-channel gate driver. Multi-channel gate drivers for driving multiple motors or loads. These devices integrate four half-bridge gate drivers, driver power supplies, current shunt amplifiers, and protection monitors to reduce total system complexity, size, and cost. The intelligent gate driver architecture manages dead time to prevent breakdown, controls slew rate to reduce EMI, and optimises propagation delay for best performance.
