The NCP51810AMNTWG high-speed gate drivers are designed to meet the stringent requirements of driving enhanced mode (e-mode), high load Advanced level shifting technology with short matching propagation delays to provide -3.5 VDC. Advanced level shifting technology to provide a common mode voltage range of -3.5 V to +150 V (typical), and a common mode voltage range of -3.5 V to +3.5 V. In addition, the device provides stable dV/dt operation with two driver output stages rated up to 200 V/ns of stable dV/dt operation.
