The UCC27282QDRCRQ1 is a rugged N-channel MOSFET driver with a maximum switching node (HS) voltage rating of 100 V. Its 3-A peak source and sink currents, as well as low pull-up and pull-down resistances, enable it to drive high-power MOSFETs with high stability and reliability. Drives high-power MOSFETs and minimises switching losses during MOSFET conversion, with minimal switching losses during MOSFET Miller High transitions. The UCC27282-Q1 can be used in conjunction with analogue and digital controllers because the input is voltage independent of the supply voltage.
