The ATSAM4C32EA-AU 32-bit microcontroller (MCU) is a system-on-chip (SoC) for smart energy applications built on two high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 RISC processors. The ATSAM4C32 operates at a maximum speed of 120MHz, with 2MB of embedded flash memory, 304KB of SRAM, and one on-chip cache per core. The dual-ARM Cortex-M4 architecture enables the integration of application, communication, and security functions in a single device, with the ability to extend programs and data storage via a 16-bit external bus interface.
