The UCC27624QDGNRQ1 is a dual-channel, high-speed, low-voltage side gate driver that efficiently drives MOSFET, IGBT, SiC and GaN power switches. Typical peak drive power is 5 A, which reduces power switch rise and fall times, lowers switching losses, and improves efficiency. The device's fast propagation delay (17-ns typical) improves the transient performance of power stage efficiency systems through improved dead-time optimisation, pulse-width utilisation, control loop response and transient performance.
