The TMAG5231C1DQDBZR low-power Hall-effect switch is designed to reduce total system cost in compact battery-powered consumer and industrial applications.

The TMAG5231C1DQDBZR is capable of operating at ultra-low current consumption. To achieve a current consumption of 2 µA, the device is internally powered up and down at a frequency of 20Hz.

The device is available in the industry's most common package and pin arrangement, SOT-23.

The device operates over the VCC range of 1.65V to 5.5V and over the extended operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. The device is also available in a low-current, high-current, low-power SOT-23 package.
