The 5M1270ZF256I5N MAX® V family of low-cost, low-power CPLDs offers more density and I/O per footprint than other CPLDs. MAX V devices range in density from 40 to 2210 logic elements (LEs) (32 to 1700 equivalent macrocells) and up to 271 I/Os, providing programmable solutions for I/O expansion, bus and protocol bridging power monitoring and control, FPGA configuration and analog IC interfacing, among other applications.
MAX V devices feature on-chip flash memory, internal oscillators and memory functions. With 50 percent less total power than other CPLDs, the MAX V CPLD requires only one power supply to help you meet your low-power design requirements.
