CYT2B97CACQ0AZEGS CPU subsystem contains a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M0+ CPU with MPU, and a 32-bit Arm® Cortex®-M4F CPU with MPU, and single-precision FPU. This subsystem also includes P-/M-DMA controllers, a cryptographic accelerator, 2112 KB of code-flash, 128 KB of work-flash, 256 KB of SRAM, and 32 KB of ROM.
