AFBR-S4K33C0135L comprises single silicon photomultipliers (SiPM) used for ultrahigh photo detection.

The active area of these SiPMs is 3.0 × 3.0 mm2 with singlephoton avalanche diode (SPAD) pitches of 15 µm, 35 µm, or 47 µm. The WL-type series stands for high efficiency and low noise performance. Its excellent timing enables easy replacement of PMTs, APDs, and PIN diodes.
