The TIOS102DRCR devices can be configured as high-side, low-side, or push-pull drivers. They are capable of withstanding IEC 61000-4-5 surges up to 1.2kV (500Ω) and have integrated reverse polarity protection.

They are easily connected to the circuit via a pin-programmable interface. Output current limits are configurable using external resistors. Fault reporting and internal protection are provided for undervoltage, overcurrent, and overheat conditions.
