The LP873220/LP873220-Q1 dual circuit high current step-down converter and linear voltage regulator are ideal for meeting the requirements of automotive camera and radar applications. The LP873220/LP873220-Q1 contains two step-down DC-DC converters, two linear regulators, and a universal digital output signal. The device supports load current measurement without adding an external current sensing resistor. Features include input voltages from 2.8V to 5.5V, configurable universal output signals (GPO, GPO2), and operating temperature ranges from -40°C to +125°C. LP873220/LP873220-Q1 devices comply with AEC-Q100 certification for automotive applications.
