The MAX20006EAFOD/VY are small form factor, synchronous buck converters with integrated high-side and low-side MOSFETs, available in a family of devices with input voltages from 3.5V to 36V and output currents up to 8A with a no-load quiescent current of only 15μA. Voltage quality can be monitored by observing the RESET signal. The devices can be passed with a duty cycle of 98%, making them ideal for automotive applications. The devices are available with fixed output voltages of 5V, 3.9V, or 3.3V. Compensation is internal to the device and provides excellent transient response. Available in 400kHz or 2.1MHz, the devices offer strong frequency setting and frequency hopping modes, and an ultra-low quiescent current of 15μA. The device features pin-selectable (SSEN) spread spectrum enable to further assist system designers in achieving better EMC management.
