Samsung Galaxy A14 is equipped with 64GB of storage and 4GB of running memory. In the United States, there is only one color to choose from: black. The US market lacks silver, dark red and light green, but the color availability may change over time.


Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is pre-installed with Android 13 and One UI 5.0, although the firmware is not as feature-rich as high-end phones. The phone also supports virtual memory expansion, so if 4GB of memory is not enough, users can convert some storage space into virtual memory to obtain better multi-task processing capability.


The Samsung Galaxy A14 5G is equipped with a 6.6-inch Full HD+display with a 90Hz refresh rate and Infinity-V display slot. Rear 50MP (f/1.8) main camera+2MP (f/2.4) depth of field camera+2MP (f/2.4) macro camera, front 13MP (f/2.0) self camera.
