The AD9249BBCZ-65 is a 16-channel, 14-bit, 65 MSPS analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with built-in on-chip sample-and-hold circuits designed specifically for low cost, low power, small size, and ease of use. With a conversion rate of up to 65 MSPS, the device offers outstanding dynamic performance and low power consumption, making it suitable for applications where small package sizes are important.


Key performance:

Small size: 16 ADCs in a small 10 mm x 10 mm package.

Low power consumption: 35 mW per channel (20 MSPS, power options adjustable).

Easy to use: Data clock outputs (DCO±1, DCO±2) operate at up to 455 MHz and support double data rate (DDR) operation.

Flexible use: SPI control offers rich and flexible features to meet the needs of a variety of specific systems.
