Product Overview:
The LTC6431AIUF-20 is a gain component amplifier with excellent linearity (at frequencies above 1000MHz) and low correlated output noise.
The unique combination of high linearity, low noise and low power dissipation makes this device ideal for many signal link applications. The LTC6431-20 is easy to use and requires very few external components. Its input/output is internally matched to 50Ω and draws only 93mA of current from a single 5V supply.
On-chip bias and temperature compensation maintain device performance in the face of environmental changes.
The LTC6431-20 uses a high-performance SiGe BiCMOS process to achieve excellent repeatability comparable to similar GaAs amplifiers. OIP3 specifications for all Class A LTC6431-20 devices are tested and guaranteed at 240MHz. The LTC6431-20 comes in a 4mm x 4mm 24-pin QFN package with bare padding, designed to improve thermal management and achieve low inductance.
