The MAX26404AFOBY is a 36V, 4A fully integrated synchronous Silent Switcher buck converter with a wide input voltage range of 3V to 36V. Voltage quality can be monitored by observing the PGOOD signal.

Product Information:

The MAX26404 offers programmable or fixed output voltages of 5V and 3.3V. The frequency is fixed internally at 2.1MHz(or 400kHz), allowing the use of small external components that reduce output ripple and guarantee no AM interference. The MAX26404 automatically enters skip mode at light load and has a static current of 10μA at no load. The range, including the MAX26408/MAX26410, offers pin-compatible products from 4A to 10A in single-phase configurations and up to 20A in dual-phase configurations. These devices are also optimized for biphase operation with very high current sharing accuracy. These devices can be ordered for spread spectrum frequency modulation to minimize the EMI radiation generated by the modulated frequency.
