The ADC3669 is a 16-bit 500MSPS dual-channel analog-to-digital converter (ADC). These devices are designed to achieve a high signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) and provide a noise spectral density of −160dBFS/Hz (500MSPS).
The ADC366x includes an optional four-band digital downconverter (DDC) that supports /2 broadband extraction to /32768 narrowband extraction. DDC uses 48-bit NCO, which supports phase coherence and phase continuous frequency hopping.
