The module has the characteristics of high precision, high stability, low power consumption, and supports 20Hz RTK + Heading update frequency, which brings a new solution for high-precision navigation application scenarios such as intelligent robots, precision agriculture, surveying and mapping, and automatic driving.

Compared with single-antenna and high-precision positioning GNSS module LG290P, LG580P supports RTK high-precision positioning up to 20Hz and dual-antenna orientation solution, which can achieve high positioning accuracy of 0.8cm+1ppm and high orientation accuracy of 0.1°/ m, which is more suitable for positioning and orientation scenarios under high dynamics.

LG580P is a GNSS module that supports RTK high-precision positioning and dual-antenna orientation, and has the ability to receive L1, L2, L5 multi-band signals of GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BDS, QZSS and NavIC satellite systems at the same time, and is compatible with multiple SBAS (satellite-based enhancement system). The inclusion of WASS, EGNOS, BDSBAS, MSAS, GAGAN and SDCM ensures the module's wide coverage and high precision positioning worldwide.

LG580P adopts dual antenna technology and built-in RTK algorithm, which not only supports centimeter-level high-precision positioning, but also supports 0.1° high-precision orientation, which can well meet the needs of high-precision positioning and orientation in robot, surveying and mapping and other scenarios. At the same time, the module also supports an update frequency of up to 20Hz, which further improves the applicability of high dynamic positioning orientation scenarios, enhances customer product stability, speeds up response speed, and brings better positioning orientation experience to users.

Under the support of RTK+ Heading algorithm, the test results show that the horizontal positioning accuracy of LG580P is 0.8cm+1ppm and the elevation positioning accuracy is 1.5cm+1ppm under the outdoor open sky, high-precision active GNSS antenna and baseline length less than 1km. The orientation accuracy is 0.1° (double antenna base 1m).
