The MAX22441 is available in a 16-lead QSOP package and is rated to withstand 3 kV RMS for 60 seconds. It is specified to operate from -40 C to + 125 C.

Description:
The MAX22441 is an ultra-low power, 4-channel enhanced digital electrical isolator family using ADI's proprietary process technology. The MAX22441 is available in a 16-pin QSOP package and can withstand 3kVRMS rated voltages up to 60 seconds and rated operating ambient temperatures from -40°C to +125°C.
These kits transmit digital signals between circuits with different power domains, with power consumption as low as 77.04μW per channel (1.8V power supply) at 1Mbps. The ultra-low power features help reduce system power consumption, improve reliability, and enable compact designs. The maximum data rate is 10Mbps and provides default high or default low output.
These kits have double low transmission latency and clock jitter, helping to reduce system latency. In addition, these kits are equipped with separate 1.71V to 5.5V power supplies on each side, making them ideal for use as level converters. Of the MAX22441's four channels, three transmit data in one direction and the other in the opposite direction.
