The NAFE13144B40BSMP is a highly configurable industrial-grade multi-channel universal input analog front end (AFE) for high precision measurement requirements. The device integrates a low leakage high voltage (HV) fast multiplexer, a low offset and low drift programmable gain amplifier (PGA) and buffer, a high data rate 16-bit Δ-∑ analog-to-digital converter (ADC), a precise voltage and current excitation source, and a low drift voltage reference. All high voltage analog pins are protected by internal diodes to prevent electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and wiring errors.
These devices are equipped with a variety of diagnostic and power supply monitoring circuits for condition monitoring and anomaly detection. To facilitate end-to-end system self-calibration and predictive maintenance, two precise calibration voltage sources are provided.
NAFE13144B40BSMP is designed for low power applications.
