The VND5E025AKTR-E is an automotive-grade dual-channel high-side driver housed in a PowerSSO-24 package, incorporating VIPower™ M0-5 technology, specifically designed for 12V automotive electronic systems. The device supports analog current sensing and features a high drive capability of 43A, making it suitable for applications such as body control, LED driving, and motor control, while meeting the stringent requirements of automotive electronic environments.
