Overview:

TIOS1023LYAHR is a digital sensor output driver with low residual voltage, integrated surge protection and 3.3V LDO.

The TIOS1023 device can be configured as a high-side, low-side or push-pull driver. The device can withstand IEC 61000-4-5 surges up to 1.2kV (500Ω) and integrates reverse polarity protection. Easily connect to the circuit via a pin-programmable interface. Output current limits can be configured using external resistors. Provides fault reporting and internal protection against undervoltage, overcurrent and overheat conditions.
