Product Description:

TIOL112YAHR is an IO-Link device transceiver with low residual voltage and integrated surge protection that enables industrial bidirectional point-to-point communication. When the device is connected to an IO-Link master device via a three-wire interface, the master device is able to initiate communication and exchange data with remote nodes, while the TIOL112(x) serves as a complete physical layer for communication.

These devices can withstand IEC 61000-4-5 surges up to 1.2kV (500Ω) and incorporate reverse polarity protection. It is easy to connect to the controller circuit through a simple pin-programmable interface. Output current limits can be configured using external resistors. TIOL112(x) can be configured to generate wake pulses and used for IO-link main applications. Fault reporting and internal protection for under voltage, over current and over heat.
