Shenzhen Mingjiada Electronics supplies Qorvo QPL1822 75Ohm 15 dB CATV amplifier.


Instructions:

QPL1822 is a superlinear GaAs pHEMT differential RF amplifier. The device features a common-source-common-gate design that provides 15dB gain and extremely low distortion in the 5MHz to 1.8GHz range. The ultra-linear IC is designed to support broadband CATV DOCSIS 4.0 applications such as nodes, amplifiers, and remote PHY devices, as well as fiber to the home (FTTH), home gateways, and cable modems.

The device is powered by a single supply from 5V to 8V, and the current can be set in the range of 260mA to 350mA. At 5V and 260mA, the QPL1822 provides 63dBmV TCP output with a CCN of 62dB. When driven at 8V and 350mA, the output is 67dBmV TCP and the CCN is 53dB. The QPL1822 is packaged in a 12-pin 5x5 mm2 laminated module.
