The MAX32675CALZ is a highly integrated, mixed-signal, ultra-low power microcontroller for 4-20mA loop-powered sensors and transmitters.


Product Description:

The MAX32675 is based on an ultra-low-power Arm® Cortex-M4 with a floating-point unit (FPU) and contains 384KB of flash memory and 160KB of SRAM. Error Correcting coding (ECC) supports single and double error correcting (SEC-DED) and can be used across flash memory, SRAM, and cache to ensure highly reliable code execution in demanding applications.


The analog front end (AFE) offers two 12-channel Delta-Sigma analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) whose characteristics and specifications are optimized for precision sensor measurements. Each Delta-Sigma ADC digitizes the external analog signal as well as the system temperature. Each ADC is preceded by a PGA with a gain of 1x to 128x. ADC output can also be converted dynamically from integer to single-precision floating-point format. A 12-bit DAC is also included.


The device also provides powerful security features such as AES engine, TRNG, and secure boot.
