PEX8619-BA50BCG Device Overview:

The ExpressLane™ PEX 8619 provides 16 PCI Express Gen 2 (5.0 GT/s) lanes with up to 16 flexible port configurations and is fully compliant with the PCI Express Base Specification Release 2.0.The PEX 8619 architecture supports a high-performance DMA engine with four DMA lanes and internal buffer for internal descriptor support Internal support for up to 256 descriptors. Up to 256 descriptors are supported internally, or the descriptors can reside in host memory. Each descriptor supports high-capacity transfers (up to 128MB), enabling users to perform very large data transfers in any direction (memory-to-device, device-to-device, memory-to-memory).The PEX 8619 also supports passthroughs with the industry's lowest latency of 140ns (x4 to x1) and provides two virtual channels for traffic prioritisation in the system. The device also features on-chip non-transparent ports for dual host and failover applications, and supports dual clock domain operation through support for spread-spectrum clock (SSC) isolation, and is available in a 19 x 19mm 324-ball PBGA package in both leaded and leadless packages. The device supports Access Control Services (ACS).
