The ExaMAX® backplane system offers high density and design flexibility for a variety of applications, including Flyover® cables that support 112 Gbps PAM4 and board-to-board support for 64 Gbps PAM4 (32 Gbps NRZ).

112 Gbps PAM4 Cable Assembly:

The ExaMAX® backplane cable system improves signal integrity and deployable linearity using Samtec Flyover® technology, which uses a co-extruded ultra-low skew two-core cable to transmit signals above the lossless PCB for improved bandwidth and coverage. Welding directly to the contact optimizes the signal path to further improve performance. Supports 112 Gbps PAM4 applications and PCIe® 6.0/CXL® 3.1.

The EBCB series is a panel mounting bracket for ExaMAX® backplane cables
