Overview:

The OPA3S328YBJR CMOS operational amplifier is available in a small package with high accuracy, low voltage and low input bias current. The device features an integrated switch optimized for flexible cross-impedance applications. The OPA3S328 has low input bias current and low input capacitance for high frequency transimpedance gain at low photocurrent operation (< 1nA).

The device uses zero cross input technology, so the input common model circumference can be flexibly realized, thus extending the entire power range without deviation. The OPA3S328 has the enable/Disable function for portable, handheld applications in test and measurement. When disabled, the OPA3S328 output impedance is typically 100 Gω, enabling wired OR applications using multiple cross-impedance channels.
