The MOSFET also features an ultra-low gate charge, ±30V gate-source voltage, 83W total power consumption, global RDS(ON) x area, and global Factor of Quality (FOM). The MOSFET operates in a junction temperature range of -55°C TO 150°C in a DPAK (TO-252) A2 package. Typical applications include flyback converters, LED lighting, and tablets and laptops.
