The PM100CG1B120 is a 1200V/100A power module that belongs to the Mitsubishi IPM G1 series. IPM is a high-performance module with a dedicated driver circuit for IGBT chip performance, and an ASIC with self-protection (short circuit, control of power supply voltage drop, overheating). With the upgrade of IGBT chip, IPM series is continuously enriched. The "G1 series "has been added to the product lineup, which has lower power consumption, more powerful functions and smaller size compared to the original IPM L1 series.
