The onsemi NFAQ0560R43T smart power module is a fully integrated inverter power stage consisting of a high voltage driver and a thermistor. The power module includes six IGBTs (FS4 RC IGBT technology) and is suitable for driving Permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), brushless direct current (BLDC) motors and AC asynchronous motors. The IGBT of the power module is in a three-phase bridge configuration, providing independent transmitter connections for lower phase pins for maximum flexibility. The PSU has protection functions for the power level, including cross-conduction protection, external shutdown, and undervoltage locking.

The NFAQ0560R43T power module features an integrated bootstrap diode and resistor, a thermistor for substrate temperature measurement, and a turn-off pin. The power module has a supply voltage of 450V, a collector-emitter voltage of 600V, and a storage temperature range of −40ºC to 125ºC. The NFAQ0560R43T power supply module is ideal for industrial pumps, industrial fans, industrial automation and home appliances.
