Overview:

The AR0820ATSC18XMEA0-DRBR is a 1/2 inch CMOS digital image sensor with a 3848 (H) x 2168 (V) active pixel array. This advanced automotive sensor captures high dynamic range or linear images with a roll-up shutter reading function.

The onsemi AR0820AT is optimized for low light and challenging high dynamic range scene performance with 2.1μm DR-Pix BSI pixels and 140dB high dynamic range (HDR) capture on the sensor. The sensor includes advanced features such as window, pixel segmentation, and video and single frame modes to provide flexible region of interest (ROI) or specific resolutions to improve performance in extremely low light conditions. The sophisticated sensor fault detection features and embedded data on the AR0820AT are designed to comply with the camera ASIL B standard. The device can be programmed via a simple two-wire serial interface and supports a MIPI output interface.
