The OPA462IDDAR is a high voltage (180V) and high current (30mA) operational amplifier. The device is characterized by unit gain stability and a gain bandwidth product of 6.5MHz.


The OPA462 is internally protected under overheating conditions and current overload. The device is fully capable of operating in a wide supply voltage range from ±6V to ±90V or from a single supply from 12V to 180V. The status marker is an open-drain output, allowing the device to use a standard low-voltage logic circuit as a reference. The high voltage operational amplifier has excellent accuracy and wide output swing, and does not have the inverting problem that occurs in similar operational amplifiers.


The output can be disabled by enabling/disabling the (E/D) pin. The E/D pin has a common loop pin for easy connection to a low-voltage logic circuit. Such disabling can be achieved without interfering with the input signal path, which not only saves power but also protects the load.
