The LMR23630AQDDAQ1 SIMPLE SWITCHER® is an easy-to-use 36V, 3A synchronous step-down regulator. With a wide input range of 4V to 36V, the device is suitable for voltage regulation of non-regulated power supplies in a wide range of applications from industrial to automotive. The peak current mode control is used to realize simple control loop compensation and cycle by cycle current limitation. Its static current is as low as 75µA, making it suitable for battery-powered systems. Internal loop compensation means that the user does not have to do the boring work of designing loop compensation components. This also minimizes the number of external components. The device also has a constant-frequency FPWM mode, which enables small output voltage ripple at light loads.
