The embedded low-power crystal improves power consumption by enabling an optimal power saving mode.

1.1 Description

The NINA-B31 series of Bluetooth 5 modules are equipped with the powerful Arm Cortex-M4 with FPU and pre-installed with u-connectXpress software. u-connectXpress software in the NINA-B31 modules supports u-blox Bluetooth Low Energy Serial Port Service, GATT clients and servers, beacons, NFC™, and peripheral and centre roles, all of which are supported by u-blox Bluetooth Low Energy Serial Port Service, GATT clients and servers, beacons, NFC™, and peripheral and centre roles. as well as peripherals and centre roles, all of which can be configured from the host via AT commands. the NINA-B31x modules offer top level security thanks to the Secure Boot feature, which ensures that the modules are booted using only the original u-blox software.

The NINA-B311 has a pin for use with an external antenna, and an internal antenna designed for the small NINA form factor, with a wide range independent of ground plane and component position.
