Description 

The STM32U073x8/B/C devices are ultra-low-power microcontrollers based on the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M0+ 32-bit RISC core and operate up to 56 MHz.

STM32U073x8/B/C devices embed high-speed memory (up to 256KB Flash and 40KB SRAM with hardware parity) and a variety of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to the APB and AHB buses, as well as to the 32-bit multi-AHB bus matrix.

They also embed protection mechanisms such as read protection and write protection for embedded Flash and SRAM.

The STM32U073x8/B/C devices provide a 12-bit ADC, a 12-bit DAC, two embedded rail-to-rail analogue comparators, an operational amplifier, a low-power RTC, a general-purpose 32-bit timer, a dedicated 16-bit PWM timer for motor control, three general-purpose 16-bit timers, and three 16-bit low-power timers.

The devices also embed up to 21 capacitive sensing channels and an integrated LCD controller that can drive 8x48 or 4x52 segments with an internal boost converter.

The devices also feature standard and advanced communication interfaces, namely four I2C, three SPI, four USART and three low-power UARTs, as well as a crystal-less USB full-speed device.

The STM32U073x8/B/C features an internal LDO regulator and operates from a 1.71 to 3.6 V VDD supply with an operating temperature range of -40 to +85 °C (junction temperature +105 °C) and -40 to +125 °C (junction temperature +130 °C). Comprehensive power-saving modes enable the design of low-power applications.

Independent power support: analogue independent power inputs for ADC, DAC, OPAMP and comparator, and VBAT inputs that allow RTC and backup registers to be backed up.

The STM32U073x8/B/C is available in eight packages from 32-pin to 81-pin.
