The LSM6DSV32XTR 6-axis Inertial Measurement Unit (IMU) is a high-performance, low-power 6-axis compact IMU with a 3-axis digital accelerometer (32g) and 3-axis digital gyroscope. These integrated components offer the best IMU sensors in a three-channel architecture that processes acceleration data and angular velocity data across three separate channels (user interface, OIS and EIS) with dedicated configuration, processing and filtering capabilities. The LSM6DSV32X supports edge computing processes with embedded advanced specialized features, such as a finite state machine (FSM) for configurable motion tracking and a context-aware machine learning kernel (MLC) for exportable AI capabilities for iot applications.
The LSM6DSV32X supports the Adaptive Self-configuration (ASC) feature, which enables the FSM to automatically reconfigure the device in real time based on the output of a particular motion pattern detected or a specific decision tree configured in the MLC, without any intervention from the host processor. The device is embedded with Qvar (Charge Change Detection) for user interface functions such as tap, double tap, triple tap, long press, or L/ R-r /L slide. The LSM6DSV32X also incorporates an analog hub that connects to external analog inputs and converts them into digital signals for processing.
