Overview

The LMZM23601V5SILR Integrated Inductor power module is designed for space-constrained industrial applications. The device offers fixed output voltages of 5V and 3.3V, as well as adjustable (ADJ) output voltage options that support the 1.2V to 15V range.

The LMZM23601 has an input voltage range of 4V to 36V, providing up to 1000mA of output current. The power module is extremely simple to use, requiring only 2 external components to achieve 5V or 3.3V output designs. All aspects of the LMZM23601 are optimized for space-constrained, performance-driven, low-EMI industrial applications. The drain open power normal output provides a true indication of the status of the system without the need for additional monitoring components, saving cost and board space. Seamless conversion between PWM and PFM modes and a load free supply current of only 28µA ensure high efficiency and excellent transient response across the entire load current range. To facilitate output current regulation, pin-to-pin compatibility is achieved between the LMZM23601 and the LMZM23600, which supports 500mA output current.
