LMZM23600V5SILR 36V, 0.5A step-down DC - DC power modules are optimized for performance-driven, low-EMI, space-constrained industrial applications. The LMZM23600 has two fixed output voltage options (5V and 3.3V) and an adjustable (ADJ) output voltage option (range 2.5V to 15V). Input voltage ranges from 4V to 36V, providing up to 500mA of output current.

5V or 3.3V output designs require only 2 external components, so the solution is simple to use. Open leakage, good power output true display of system status, no additional monitoring elements, thus saving cost and board space. An unloaded supply current of only 28μA and seamless conversion between PWM and PFM modes ensure high efficiency and excellent transient response across the entire load current range. The LMZM23600 is pin-compatible with the 1000mA output current LMZM23601, providing simple output current regulation.
