The ACNU-4804 High common-mode Rejection Smart Power module is a high-speed optocoupler with built-in AlGaAs LED and photodetector that provides logically-compatible waveforms without additional waveform shaping. The totem pole output does not require a pull-up resistor and can be used directly as a smart power module or as a gate driver. The minimal difference in propagation delay between devices makes these high-CMR smart power module optocouplers an excellent solution for increasing inverter efficiency by reducing switching dead time.

Over a wide operating temperature range, the common mode transient immunity of the ACNU-4804 is increased to a minimum of 50kV/ s at VCM = 1500V.
