Overview

The BTS6201U is a broadband, highly linear, pre-driven amplifier for 5G mMIMO base station applications, with fast switching function and support for TDD systems. The amplifier is designed to operate from 2.3 GHz to 4.2GHz. It comes in a 3mm x 3mm x 0.85mm 16-terminal HVQFN package. The amplifier provides ESD protection on all terminals.


The device is matched to 50Ω and integrates harmonics and out-of-band filtering to minimize the layout area of the application.

High linear performance ACLR = -46 DBC

Unconditional stability

Programmable bias current (via external resistance)
