The RT3624QEGQW is a dual-output-rail synchronous buck controller that fully complies with the Intel IMVP9.1 specification. Employing Richtek's proprietary G-NAVP™ (Green Native AVP) topology, the RT3624QEGQW utilises the finite DC gain of its current-mode controlled EA amplifier to effortlessly configure droop for all Intel CPU AVP (Adaptive Voltage Positioning) requirements. Building upon the G-NAVP™ topology, the RT3624QEGQW incorporates a new-generation Adaptive Quick Response (AQR) mechanism to optimise AVP performance during load transients while reducing output capacitance. The device integrates a high-precision ADC for platform and functional configuration, such as ICCMAX, switching frequency, or AQR trigger thresholds. The device provides VR ready indication and thermal indication, alongside comprehensive fault protection mechanisms including overvoltage protection (OV), undervoltage protection (UV), overcurrent protection (OC), and undervoltage lockout (UVLO).
