Introduction
The SLG51003V 3-channel LDO power supply GreenPAK™ features three compact, customizable low-dropout regulators with industry-leading high-performance PSRR. This fully integrated 3-channel LDO solution features a small, convenient 14-pin TQFN package and is designed for advanced sensor applications. The SLG51003V IC features 68dB (at 1MHz PSRR) on the input voltage power supply, 16µVRMS output voltage noise, and strict output voltage accuracy of ±1% across the entire temperature range. The SLG51003V provides an ultra-low turn-off current of 240nA for the entire IC and features an integrated LUT, delay module, macro cellular, and configurable GPIO. Its typical applications include power management for CMOS image sensors, RF and wireless interfaces, battery-powered devices, and other advanced sensor applications.
