MINI-MSDM350 Product Description  

The MINI-MSDM350 is an Amphenol high-voltage miniature manual service disconnect (Mini MSD) plug specifically designed for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles (PHEVs) and electric vehicles (EVs). It features an integrated 350 A fuse for safe maintenance disconnection of high-voltage battery systems, ensuring operator safety and preventing short-circuit risks.

Rated Current: 350A (continuous), with an integrated 350A gR fast-acting fuse, compatible with 200–400A ratings.  

Rated Voltage: 690V AC / 1000V DC, suitable for 800V high-voltage platform electric vehicles.

Withstand voltage test: 3500V AC / 1 minute, compliant with industrial-grade electrical safety standards.  

Safety Protection Mechanisms  

High-voltage interlock circuit (HVIL): Disconnects the HVIL signal before opening high-voltage contacts to prevent arc risks.  

Two-stage lever design: Press-and-rotate two-step unlocking to prevent accidental operation, with insertion/removal force ≤ 50N.

Fuse Protection: A 350A fuse prevents overload damage, enhancing system safety.
